1.Ending Your Subscription
To stop your subscription, there is a minimum of 3 months before cancellation on all order from 13th June 2026. You must send a cancellation request via email to contact@syncdpr.com. We will action your request once it has been received.

2.Recurring Billing
Your subscription is billed on a recurring basis. This means it will automatically continue into the next billing period unless you cancel beforehand.

3.Payments & Refunds
All payments are final once processed. Cancelling your subscription will prevent future charges, but it will not result in a refund for any payments already made.

4.Timing of Cancellation
It is your responsibility to ensure your cancellation request is submitted before your next billing date. If your request is made after renewal, the next billing cycle will still apply.
