3. CREATOR APPLICATIONS & BRAND OPPORTUNITIES

When you apply for or express interest in a brand opportunity through syncdPR, information you provide may be reviewed by syncdPR and, where appropriate, shared with the relevant brand or its representatives for the purpose of assessing your suitability for that opportunity.

This may include information such as your name, social media profile, location, creator niche, audience information, content examples and other information included in your application.

Applying for an opportunity does not guarantee selection, gifted products, payment or a collaboration. Brands may make the final creator selection.

4. CONTENT YOU PROVIDE

If you voluntarily send syncdPR photographs, videos, testimonials, campaign content or other materials, we may process and store those materials for the purpose for which they were submitted.

Where we would like to use creator content for additional promotional or marketing purposes outside the original campaign context, we may request appropriate permission where required.

5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information where reasonably necessary with:

• Brands and campaign partners in connection with opportunities you apply for or participate in
• Ecommerce, subscription and payment providers
